Job summary

Nice Print Photo Inc. is seeking an accountant to prepare and file tax returns, maintain records, and assist in financial statements preparation in Pasig, Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy, solid knowledge in BIR documents, and is proficient in MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and independence are essential for this role.

• Prepare and file tax returns and government reports.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Maintain accounting records and documents
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any releated course.
• With experience or solid knowledge in: Filing and preparation of BIR documents (VAT, 1601-E, 2551Q, 1701Q, etc.), General accounting tasks: bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation. Preparation of Financial Statement (FS), Government compliance (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
