Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures
• Prepare documents for audits
• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
• Producing a variety of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
• Assisting with tax payments and filing

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course
• Relevant work experience
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and formulas
• Multi tasking and ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge in BIR TAX Compliance is a plus
• Preferably living in Quezon City or Nearby Areas
