Job description

Qualifications

• - Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
• - 1 year of relevant experience
• - With experience or solid knowledge in: Filing and preparation of BIR documents (VAT, 1601-E, 2551Q, 1701Q, etc.), General accounting tasks: bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation. Preparation of Financial Statement (FS), Government compliance (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• - Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• - Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Job description

• - Prepare and file tax returns and government reports.
• - Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• - Maintain accounting records and documents
• - Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• - Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• - Conduct regular audits of financial records and transactions
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• - Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions
• - Monitor internal controls and identify areas for improvement
• - Assist in financial analysis and risk management

Work Location: Pasig or Marikina

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9AM-6PM or 8AM-6PM
