Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an accounting professional in the Philippines to manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close with 2–4 years in shared services or BPO environments. Strong knowledge of accounting processes is required.

The role is direct-hire for permanent employment with a hybrid work setup (onsite once a month) in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and a 5:00 PM–2:00 AM PHT schedule; Power BI/Oracle GL and AI/RPA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience; strong knowledge in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Experience with Blackline/Oracle GL and Power BI/Power Automate is a plus.
• Experience in AI or Robotic Process Automation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Direct hire for permanent employment.
• Work schedule: 5:00 PM- 2:00 AM PHT.
• Work setup: Hybrid (once a month onsite).
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Preferably start ASAP.
