Job summary

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a junior Finance/Accounting professional to handle daily and monthly transactions, ledgers, and reporting.

The role focuses on accurate posting, timely closing, and collaborative work within a Finance and Accounting services group. You will support accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform journal entries and reconciliations, and help streamline internal reporting processes while working in shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting-related courses.
• At least 6 months solid Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report / General Accounting processes.
• Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly financial transactions with the general ledger system.
• Manage monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and periodic financial reporting.
• Assist with automation and streamlining of internal reporting processes.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.

Job description

• You will perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system.
• You are expected to manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verifies accuracy.
• You will assist with the automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
• You will be working under the Finance and Accounting business services group and will be responsible for the delivery of all activities relating to accounts payables, accounts receivables and general accounting.

• Performs tasks related to:

1. Journal Entries
2. Reconciliations
3. Treasury / Cash Management
4. Period Close
5. Monthly Standard Activities

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting-related courses only
• At least 6 mos solid Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report / General Accounting processes (i.e. transaction processing, closing cycle and financial reporting ),
• Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
• Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
• Good communication skills
