Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an Accounting Operations Officer in Pasay to support daily accounting tasks on-site. The role covers accounts payable, invoicing, financial documentation, petty cash, and liaison with external accounting partners.

You will ensure accurate maintenance of records and comply with tax requirements. Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting, 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AP/AR, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance or bookkeeping.
• Direct experience with AP and/or AR functions.
• Experience handling sales invoices, supplier invoices, Payment Vouchers, expense reimbursements, petty cash, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Handle AP processes including supplier invoice verification and payment coordination.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with external accounting firm and provide complete records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing documents for bank loans and financing requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and financing institutions for document submissions.
• Manage petty cash and document disbursements; process expense reimbursements.
• Conduct petty cash counts and reconcile accounts.
• Provide general office administration and daily operations support.
• Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory.
