Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an Accounts Officer in Pasay City to support day-to-day accounting, finance and admin operations. This on-site role welcomes fresh graduates in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Financial Management who are eager to learn and grow.

You will handle invoicing, AP, ledger maintenance, bank documents, and petty cash, liaising with external accountants and supporting loan and financing processes. Strong Excel skills and English/Filipino communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting/finance is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of tax compliance (BIR) and VAT is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
• Good written and verbal English and Filipino communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices.
• Handle AP functions and arrange supplier payments.
• Monitor accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with external accounting firm and provide records.
• Assist in preparing documents for bank loans and financing matters.
• Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.
• Conduct petty cash counts and reconciliations.
• Support general office administration and inventory.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.
