Job summary

GetGround is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting Operations to lead the Manila operation with 45+ staff across accounting, customer support and related functions. You will own delivery of UK statutory accounts, tax filings, and daily service supporting GetGround's UK platform, while driving efficiency and quality through AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA or equivalent with depth in accounting.
• Proven experience leading 30+ people through a management layer.
• Experience with UK statutory accounts and corporation tax is valuable.
• Strong capacity planning, productivity and quality orientation.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the annual accounts cycle for 7,000+ UK property companies.
• Ensure Companies House and HMRC deadlines are met with planning and controls.
• Lead the senior technical escalation for UK statutory accounts and tax.
• Scale the operation through AI and automation adoption.
• Build and develop the Manila team and culture.
