Job summary

TPSSI (Terranova Philippines Support Services Inc.) supports our UK partner GetGround from Makati. The role is based in Makati office, with work from home Tue, Wed and Thu, and 5 days per week on-site when required.

You will help manage year-end accounts and corporation tax returns, supervise junior accountants, and ensure high-quality client service while collaborating with the Accounting Manager and UK team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting-related work experience
• 6+ months experience in preparing and reviewing financial and tax reports
• 6+ months of supporting Junior Accountants
• Willing to work out of Makati office, 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Support Junior Accountants to provide guidance and assistance in the preparation of year-end accounts.
• Working with the Accounting Manager, delegate and reviews tasks completed by Junior Associates
• Prepare year-end financial accounts and corporation tax returns
• Resolve any client queries and gain client approval
• Support the Accounting Manager to deliver world-class client service

TPSSI - who we are

(Please note this role is with TPSSI, GetGround's partner. We work Monday to Friday, 11AM to 8PM local time in Makati City to support our partner GetGround in the UK. This role is work remotely on Tues, Weds and Thurs.)

Terranova Philippines Support Services Inc. (“TPSSI”) is a team of currently 15 colleagues (and growing!) that was formed to support our UK-based partner, GetGround. TPSSI operations are led by Mike (Makati) and Dan (UK) and you will work closely with both on a daily basis. We are expanding the team of accountants significantly in the next 3 months.
