Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional in the Philippines to join our accounting team. The role centers on payable processing, fund management, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Requirements include a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking and at least 5 years of related experience, with proven Accounts Payable expertise. You will handle check issuance, bank reconciliation, vendor inquiries, and other tasks to support timely payments

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and release various payables.
• Manage fund management.
• Vouchering and monitoring of checks in and out.
• Bank reconciliation, cash requirements and cash position.
• Assist and respond to suppliers' concerns and questions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Meet JD and KPIs, and pass probationary period.

• Responsible in check preparation, issuance and releasing of various payables.
• Responsible in Fund Management
• Assigned in vouchering and monitoring of in and out of checks
• Assigned in Bank Reconciliation, Cash Requirement and Cash Position
• Assists and responds to suppliers' concerns and questions
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• The stated JD and KPIs here should be performed well, including attendance in able to pass the probationary period, prior regularization.
