Job summary

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable assistant in Cavite. The role involves following up overdue accounts, posting payments to the Dealer Pro system, and encoding collection receipts with EFT monitoring.

You will also assist with inventory on the 1st day of each month and monitor warranty/PMS from Suzuki Philippines, while performing account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is a graduate in Accounting or Finance, has at least 1 year in AR, and is proficient in Excel and

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up and monitoring overdue accounts.
• Posting of payment and EWT to the Dealer Pro system.
• Encoding of collection receipts-EFT monitoring.
• Issuance of Collection Receipt for EFT transaction for after-sales.
• Assisting BRP with inventory during 1st day of the month.
• Monitoring warranty/PMS from Suzuki Philippines.
• Account reconciliation.
