EVOMILE INNOVATIONS CORP. in Cavite Calabarzon is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Finance team, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and strong accounting operations.

You will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, guide a team of professionals, and enforce compliance with applicable standards and regulations. You will drive policy development, coordinate audits, and provide reliable financial information to stakeholders while optimizing cash flow and working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting management experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards.
• CPA or CMA qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team, including recruitment and development.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions – AP, AR, GL.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies for integrity.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, controls and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
