Job summary

NXTMILE Motors Inc in Cavite is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller to support vehicle sales administration. You will ensure proper documentation of each vehicle sale, manage bank financing transactions, and handle papers for insurance and accessories, keeping accurate records.

You will also oversee vehicle inventory, monitor purchase orders, prepare inventory reports, and collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Experience as a Document Controller in an automotive dealership is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of each vehicle sale by processing all pertinent papers.
• Establish the said standard documentation process.
• Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales, from filing credit applications and securing approvals to booking accounts and collecting proceeds and incentives.
• Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales, primarily insurance and accessories.
• Take ownership of vehicle inventory, including proper monitoring, purchase order processing, and assignment to sales.
• Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.
• Perform another administrative task that will be agreed upon between you and your direct line manager.
