Job summary

FC Global is seeking a highly organized Accounting Associate to join their growing team in the Philippines. The role focuses on invoicing, data entry, and cross-department coordination to ensure accuracy while meeting month-end deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. You will work EST 9am-5pm to align with North American business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related general accounting experience.
• General ledger experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work EST 9am-5pm schedule to align with North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process and send invoices to customers daily.
• Resolve price discrepancies and upload related documentation (PODs, backups).
• Enter invoicing/data into customer portals.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries on invoices and meet month-end deadlines.
• Follow up on payments and conduct soft collections.
