Drake International Philippines is seeking an Accounting Head to lead the accounting function in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role requires overseeing financial statements, general ledger activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

You will guide month-end close, support audits, and drive improvements across the finance team. The ideal candidate has a CPA, strong knowledge of Philippine standards, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the finance sector.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the accounting team, coordinates month-end and year-end closing processes, and supports audits by internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with finance leadership to provide data-driven insights, supports budgeting and forecasting, and recommends improvements to accounting systems and controls.
• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring cash flows, reviewing reconciliations, addressing accounting issues, and implementing best practices to support the company’s growth and risk management.
• Strong Accounting and Finance skills, with the ability to manage core accounting processes and support strategic financial decisions.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and analysis of reports for management and regulatory purposes.

Job Overview
