Jumping Giraffe Food Corp seeks an Encoder to support the Accounting Department in encoding, verifying, and maintaining accounting documents and financial records.

The role requires meticulous data handling, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; training on internal processes and MS Office will be provided.

Formación

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numerical data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.
• Willing to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Encode accounting documents, including invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and other supporting financial documents.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of encoded information against source documents.
• Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital copies of accounting records.
• Assist in sorting and consolidating accounting documents for processing and recording.
• Monitor and track submitted documents and follow up on missing or incomplete requirements.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding discrepancies in documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial records.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
