You will handle data entry, invoicing, payment tracking, and month-end tasks, while complying with PH regulations and company policies. This onsite role requires attention to detail and strong teamwork in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain financial documents.
• Ensure accurate recording and filing of transactions per policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on financial docs.
• Prepare client invoices and track customer payments.
• Assist in reconciliations and follow up on balances.
• Support audits, month-end, and year-end reporting.
