You will coordinate with auditors and government bodies, prepare SEC-related reports, monitor regulatory changes, and support budgeting and cost analysis. A solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards is essential.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including books of accounts and supporting schedules.
Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including:
Balance Sheet
Income Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Statement of Changes in Equity
Generate timely financial reports and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT and other taxes.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Prepare and submit SEC compliance requirements, including:
General Information Sheet (GIS)
Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
Other mandatory corporate reports
Monitor changes in accounting standards and tax regulations and implement necessary updates.
Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis.
Analyze operational costs and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all financial records and reports.
Handle petty cash replenishments and prepare necessary accounting entries.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and records.
Process and monitor BIR permits, registrations, filings, and other tax compliance requirements.
Facilitate and maintain LGU permits, business permits, and other local government compliance requirements.
Ensure timely renewal and proper documentation of BIR and LGU permits.
