As an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper, primarily responsible for managing and maintaining employer's financial records.
Scope of Work
Will Handle Bookkeeping and BIR related works
Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, or government agencies, as needed.

Maintains accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling financial data, in accordance with the EMPLOYER’s policies and applicable laws.
Additional Duties
