Job summary

You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and assist audits while providing analysis to improve efficiency and profitability. A related degree and Excel/Word proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Support audits and internal controls.
