Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Monitor customer payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
Process and monitor supplier payments and branch expenses.
Reconcile cash transactions, bank statements, and company accounts.
Review and verify receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
Monitor travel-related payments, refunds, and other financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
Maintain organized and updated accounting records and files.
