Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, checking, and filing of accounting documents and records.
• Encode and maintain financial and accounting data accurately.
• Assist in processing invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
• Monitor and organize accounts payable and accounts receivable documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other basic accounting activities, as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related documents and requirements.
• Ensure that accounting records and files are properly organized and updated.
• Provide assistance during month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
