Armscor Shooting Center, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Reliever to provide temporary accounting and administrative support to ensure continuity of daily operations during the absence of assigned personnel.

The role involves encoding financial data, assisting with invoices and reconciliations, preparing cash advances, and coordinating with other departments to maintain orderly records. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

• Support month-end and year-end activities

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, checking, and filing of accounting documents and records.
• Encode and maintain financial and accounting data accurately.
• Assist in processing invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
• Monitor and organize accounts payable and accounts receivable documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other basic accounting activities, as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related documents and requirements.
• Ensure accounting records and files are organized and updated.
• Provide assistance during month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
