Job summary

Espa-Fil Import and Export Corporation is seeking an inventory accountant to check and reconcile physical stock counts, monitor warehouse stock movements, and manage disposal of bad-order items. The role also involves reconciling sales and inventory from bazaar events and generating regular inventory reports.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accountancy or related accounting/finance degree with at least six months of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferred.
• Accounting/Finance degree required.
• Minimum six months accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Check and reconcile physical stock counts.
• Monitor stock movement and balance in warehouse and on consignment.
• Monitor Bad Order items approved for disposal.
• Reconciling Sales/Inventory from Bazaar/Promotional events.
• Monitor transactions, update ledgers, analyze data, perform audits, and generate reports.

• In charge of checking and reconciling the physical count of stocks.

• Responsible for the monitoring and checking of the movement/balance of stocks in the warehouse and on consignment.

• Responsible in monitoring & checking of Bad Order items approved for disposal.

• In-charge of reconciling Sales/Inventory from Bazaar/Promotional Events.

• Monitor transactions, update general ledgers, gather and analyze data, perform audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports.
  

Job Requirement:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is preferred

2. Graduate of Accounting/ Finance related courses is required

3. With at least six months accounting related experience
