Job description

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the accurate recording of accounting transactions, maintenance of accounting records, preparation of reconciliations, and support of sales, inventory, and general accounting functions. Ensures completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of accounting reports and compliance with company policies.

Job Description:

• Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, prepayments, VAT, and withholding tax.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology
• At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
