Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing Trial Balance accounts for audit and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and government filings.
• Maintain and update the MS Dynamics accounting system.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documents for BIR audits and government reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and audit procedures.
• Check bank reconciliations and adjust reconciling items on time.
• Prepare BIR tax returns (EWT, final tax, VAT) with alphalists and summaries of sales, purchases, imports.
• Prepare AP vouchers, check vouchers, and journal vouchers.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and check releases.
• Prepare documents for importations.
• Update reports for Purchase Orders, CAPEX, and Contractor’s Monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
