Job summary

I Trade Food Solution Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Officer to join a dynamic team. You will maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations as an Accounting Assistant.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will handle AR/AP, reconciliations, and assist in financial statements, while upholding Philippine standards and using accounting software and MS Office.

• Prepare and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Provide support to the Accounting and Finance teams as needed
• Comply with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
