Job summary

Nauts and Vectors Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Finance team with daily accounting operations in Cebu City.

The role focuses on reconciling retail sales and POS transactions, processing financial records, and assisting with month-end activities to ensure timely financial reporting. You will reconcile daily POS sales data, record transactions, and assist with AP/AR and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent; Accounting/Finance field preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and accounting software; Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Retail accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales data from POS systems with accounting records.
• Process and record daily transactions accurately.
• Match sales receipts and monitor cash/credit card settlements.
• Process customer refunds and ensure proper recording.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist Finance with other accounting and admin tasks as needed.

About you
