Job summary

TRT in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a Finance Associate to support order to cash, procure to pay and record to report processes. The role involves billing, vendor communications, fixed assets, GL entries and internal controls, collaborating with the Finance Team Leader to deliver accurate data.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or 1–2 years in related roles, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 1–2 years in finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in small team settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to finance teams (order to cash, procure to pay, or record to report).
• Handle billing, collection forecasts, and application of collections to customer invoices.
• Assist with posting invoices, payables aging, payment proposals, vendor communication, cash flow planning, and payment application to vendor invoices.
• Manage fixed assets, general ledger entries and reconciliations, taxation, statutory payments, audit assistance, and internal controls.
• Build strong relationships within and beyond the finance department to obtain/provide accurate data.
• Deliver results timely and accurately to the Finance Team Leader; escalate when needed.
• Communicate proactively with internal colleagues and external business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to finance teams (order to cash, procure to pay, or record to report) or flexible support to all finance teams.
• Handle billing, collection forecasts, and application of collections to customer invoices (Order to Cash).
• Assist with posting invoices, payables aging reports, payment proposals, vendor communication, cash flow planning, and payment application to vendor invoices (Procure to Pay).
• Manage fixed assets, general ledger entries and reconciliations, taxation, statutory payments, research on new market entry/setup, audit assistance, and internal controls (Record to Report).
• Build strong relationships within and beyond the finance department to obtain/provide accurate data.
• Deliver results timely and accurately to the Finance Team Leader, including any necessary escalations for clarification or decision.
• Communicate proactively with internal colleagues and external business partners.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 1-2 years relevant experience in finance-related roles.
• Recent graduates with excellent academic record are welcome.
