Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented RTR Professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end close in a corporate finance or BPO setting.

The role requires 6 months of RTR/GL experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Hyperion, etc.). Office-based position in Quezon City area with multiple site options.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in RTR, GL, or financial reporting.
• Hands-on in GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or multinational finance is a plus.
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, PeopleSoft).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Record to Report (RTR) Professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

This role is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities within a corporate finance, shared services, or BPO environment.

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and reclassifications.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, fixed asset, intercompany, and accrual account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Conduct account analysis and investigate account variances and unusual fluctuations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with treasury and cash management activities, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and bank transaction monitoring.
• Support internal and external audit requirements through timely preparation of schedules and documentation.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Provide process guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members as needed.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience

• Account Reconciliations

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, Global Business Services, or Multinational Finance Operations is an advantage
