HKJ is a privately owned group engaged in infrastructure materials supply, equipment leasing, construction, logistics, and trading operations, with quarry and batching plant operations located outside Metro Manila alongside our BGC head office. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Staff to support day-to-day accounting operations across our expanding business units.
Record and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare and review billing, invoices, and official receipts for construction materials, and trading transactions
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions
Support cost tracking and monitoring for quarry and batching plant operations
Prepare and file statutory reports and remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents
Coordinate with site personnel (quarry/batching plant) for accurate and timely reporting of costs and inventory
Support internal and external audits as needed
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience required (candidates without prior accounting work experience will not be considered)
Solid working knowledge of BIR compliance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
Experience in construction, quarry, manufacturing, or trading industries is a strong advantage
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Able to work independently, handle multiple entities/business units, and meet deadlines
Willing to work on-site in BGC and coordinate with provincial plant locations as needed
Applicants residing near BGC, Taguig or nearby areas are preferred; willingness to relocate is also welcome
