Job summary

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp (HKJ) is seeking an Accountant Staff to support day-to-day accounting across expanding units at our Head Office in BGC, Taguig, with coordination to quarry and batching plant sites outside Metro Manila. The role requires accuracy, independence, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR and GL, billing and receipts for construction materials and trading, month-end closings, bank and intercompany reconciliations, and statutory filings (BIR, SSS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience required.
• Solid knowledge of BIR compliance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review billing, invoices, and official receipts for construction materials and trading transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Support cost tracking and monitoring for quarry and batching plant operations.
• Prepare and file statutory reports and remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site personnel for accurate and timely reporting of costs and inventory.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
