Job summary

Asea Airports Development Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support daily accounting operations, financial documentation, project costing, and reporting in Manila.

You will record daily transactions, verify invoices, assist with AP/AR, monitor project costs, and prepare monthly financial reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and BIR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Records and processes daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepares and verifies invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and bank reconciliation.
• Assists in monitoring construction project costs, expenses, and progress billings.
• Maintains and reconciles accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assists in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Ensures transactions comply with company policies and BIR requirements.
• Coordinates with project, procurement, and other departments regarding accounting documents and requirements.
• Assists in audit requirements and provides necessary supporting documents.
• Maintains accurate and confidential accounting records.
