Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as an Accounting Staff or Bookkeeper (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
