Qualifications

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our office in Quezon City.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and accounting schedules.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

• Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory records and ensure accurate accounting of inventory transactions.

• Monitor performance bonds, bid securities, and other financial guarantees.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulations.

• Analyze financial data and provide reports to support management decision-making.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.

• At least 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting principles, and accounting standards.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
