Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an Account Manager to support international client accounts in a dynamic BPO environment. You will manage daily account operations, liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, and coordinate between clients and internal teams.

You will develop account strategies, track project progress, report metrics to stakeholders, and deliver exceptional service to optimize the client experience. A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in international voice accounts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in international voice account in BPO.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Effective scheduling and organizational skills.
