• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in automotive financing, financing or sales operations is preferred.
• Experience handling vehicle financing and customer accounts is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with vehicle financing and account application processes.
• Explain financing options, loan requirements, and payment terms to clients.
• Coordinate with banks, financing companies, and insurance providers regarding approvals and requirements.
• Monitor status of pending and approved accounts.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer documents and applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and financing partners.
• Conduct follow-ups on account status and pending requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and account reports.
• Support branch sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain filing and documentation of customer records.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to do fieldwork when necessary.
