Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a credit cooperative or financial institution.
• Willing to do outside business, able to drive motorcycle, and familiar with serviceable areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely processing of transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Review loan applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness and risk.
• Conduct regular credit reviews and analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Participate in marketing activities to attract new members and grow the portfolio.
• Stay updated on regulations and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare and submit reports on account activity, delinquencies, and KPIs to management.
