Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking an Account Specialist to assist customers with vehicle financing applications, process accounts, and coordinate sales efforts.

You will build relationships with clients and financing partners, ensure accurate documentation, and support branch sales to meet targets. Fieldwork may be required to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in automotive financing or sales operations is preferred.
• Experience handling vehicle financing and customer accounts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to do fieldwork when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle financing and account application processes.
• Explain financing options, loan requirements, and payment terms to clients.
• Coordinate with banks, financing companies, and insurance providers regarding account approvals and requirements.
• Monitor status of pending and approved accounts.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer documents and applications.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and financing partners.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding account status and pending requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and account reports.
• Support branch sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer records.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
