Job summary

Malayan Savings Bank in Iloilo is seeking an experienced SME Loans professional to drive new business and achieve loan volume targets.

You will generate new business from existing clients, prepare proposals, and analyze financial needs to tailor lending solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 3 years of SME loans experience, and maintains a strong portfolio and sales mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SME loans experience, preferably from a bank.
• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Existing loan portfolio is preferred.
• Willing to meet quota/targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
