Job summary

Malayan Savings Bank in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven SME Loans Officer to develop new business and meet loan targets for SME financing.

You will generate new business from existing clients, prepare proposals, and analyze clients' financial needs to tailor loan solutions. Strong interpersonal and sales skills, plus a portfolio, are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in SME loans, preferably from a bank.
• Willing to be given quota or targets.
• Applicant should have an existing portfolio.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills.
