Value Care Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Officer to strengthen client relationships and ensure service alignment with business goals in Metro Manila.

You will conduct regular account visits, prepare utilization reports, maintain records, and spot opportunities to upsell. The role emphasizes retention, market insight, and proactive problem solving. A strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Medical Allied course is an advantage but not required.
• At least 6 months of related experience is beneficial but not required.
• Proven sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build rapport.

Responsabilidades

• Visit accounts and conduct utilization reviews to mitigate churn.
• Prepare and present utilization reports with recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
• Provide market insights to keep clients informed.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in customer retention and handle inquiries across billing, enrollments, and accounts.

As an Account Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term relationship with our clients. You will work closely to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal service that aligns with their business goals. You will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while meeting sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Account Visits: Conduct regular utilization review and client visits to identify potential risks of churning and offer solutions to improve their experience.

• Utilization Report: Prepare regular medical utilization reports, interpret the data, transpose into a presentation, and make recommendations.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and sales activity. Provide regular updates to the supervisor and manager.

• Market Insight: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and ensure that they have the most suitable program.

• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify and recommend relevant benefits to existing clients based on their current experience.

• Customer Retention: Actively engage customers to build lasting relationships.

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to availments, billing, enrollment or account management.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.

• Medical Allied course is an advantage but not required

• With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles, preferably in a retention-focused environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging conversations.
