Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive the acquisition of Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensure sales quota targets are met. The role involves identifying institutions, building relationships with HR and payroll leaders, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries.

Qualified candidates have a 4- or 5-year degree, at least 3 years in sales/marketing, and familiarity with Salary Loan products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year program.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Familiarity with Salary Loan Products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quota.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Heads of Institutions and HR/payroll contacts.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other units to resolve service issues.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
• Willing to be assigned in Tabuk Kalinga area
