Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks a loan officer to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing applicant qualifications, initiating credit/collections activities, and coordinating with officers to process and service loan applications. The role requires integrity, strong selling and communication skills, and basic math knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
