Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Microfinance Loan Officer in Makati to drive loan volume while preserving profitability and credit quality. The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, accurate credit evaluation, and adherence to bank policies.

The position requires a four-year degree, strong selling and communication skills, and basic math knowledge. Familiarity with MS Office is preferred, and motorcycle driving is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4 year course.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with Word and Excel or similar MS Office tools.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities
