BDO Unibank is seeking a motivated candidate to drive microfinance loan growth while ensuring sound credit quality and superior customer service. The role focuses on actively soliciting loan accounts, analyzing qualifications, and initiating collection activities to protect credit integrity.

The successful candidate will coordinate with processing units, align with bank policies, and execute sales initiatives to meet volume targets, while handling inquiries and maintaining accurate loan

Qualificações

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.

• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her
