Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks a Microfinance Loan Officer to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitable credit quality and excellent customer service.

You will solicit microfinance loan accounts, assess applicants, coordinate processing, and ensure compliance with bank policies. Prior microfinance sales experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is a plus.
