Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Cebu seeks an Account Officer responsible for achieving loan volume targets, maintaining profitability and sound credit quality, and delivering excellent customer service in line with bank standards.

You will handle MSME loan inquiries and coordinate with other bank units to process and service applications, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of any Bachelor's degree.
• Sales and fieldwork experience on Microfinance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer.
• Analyze overall loan applicant's qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
• Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary
