Job summary

BDO Unibank in Batangas is seeking a Microfinance Loan Officer to drive loan volumes while maintaining credit quality and good customer service. You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, evaluate applicants, and coordinate processing with lending teams.

Requirements include a four-year degree, strong selling and communication skills, basic math, integrity, and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
