BDO Unibank in Batangas City is seeking a motivated professional to drive microfinance loan sales while upholding profitability and credit quality. You will review applicants, initiate collections when needed, and coordinate processing with various units, all while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires a 4-year degree, good communication, basic math, and integrity. Familiarity with MS Office and field sales experience in microfinance are advantages.

Qualificações

• Graduate of any 4-year degree program.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is a plus.
• Motorcycle driving preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer.
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
• Coordinates with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients.
• Ensures adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets.
• Attends to inquiries and other requirements of the clients.
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
